Information about driving with winter tyres in Estonia 2010-2011

From 15 October 2010 until 31 March 2011 - studded tyres are allowed.
In connection with weather- and road conditions (snow, slipperiness etc.) the studded tyres are allowed already from 01 October 2010 until 30 April 2011.
From 01 December 2010 until 29 February 2011 – Winter tyres are obligatory (studded/grill tyres).
